Your Responsibilities

During your apprenticeship, you’ll take on exciting tasks such as planning, installing, and maintaining complex IT systems to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include, for example:

• You’ll install and maintain operating systems and networks, manage databases, and implement IT security solutions in a targeted manner—and you’ll have ongoing opportunities for professional development in these areas.
• You’ll learn to integrate hardware and software components into complex information and communication systems and contribute to your team’s day-to-day operations and projects.
• You’ll gain experience working in a large-scale environment and will be able to provide targeted support to our employees when they encounter IT issues.
• You’ll learn everything about computer networks, various systems, and multimedia tools.
• As an IT specialist, you’ll also be responsible for providing optimal user support—in other words, you’ll assist users in working with various IT systems.

Your Profile

• You’ve earned your secondary school diploma with good grades—especially in math, computer science, and science subjects.
• You already have some experience with networks, servers, and hardware; ideally, you’ve even built your own PC.

• You really enjoy working as part of a team and sharing your knowledge; you like to contribute your own ideas and want to play an active role.
